Full-Stack Engineer

We're hiring a Full-Stack Engineer at Innove8or.

At Innove8or, we build robust web, app, and software solutions for clients, with a strong focus on clean architecture, reliability, and real-world usability.

We're looking for someone who:

• Can take ownership end-to-end (frontend + backend)
• Is comfortable working with existing codebases when required
• Knows how to improve, refactor, and extend systems thoughtfully
• Thinks beyond tickets and understands product impact
• Cares about shipping stable, maintainable software

What you'll work on:

• Client-facing web and application projects
• Enhancing and extending existing systems
• Building internal tools, products and new features
• Collaborating closely on technical decisions and architecture

Must-haves:

• Strong hands-on experience with React / Next.js
• Solid backend experience (Node / .NET / Python)
• Experience taking projects from idea to production
• Good Git practices and deployment awareness
• Clear communication and ownership mindset
