• 9–10 years of hands-on software development experience with strong full-stack expertise.
• Proficiency in ReactJS (hooks, context API, Redux/Zustand, React Router).
• Strong command of .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API, Entity Framework Core.
• Solid understanding of SQL Server / PostgreSQL, query optimization, and database design.
• Experience with cloud platforms – Azure or AWS (deployment, app services, storage, queues).
• Familiarity with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and API gateway patterns.
• Proficient in Git, CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins).
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean code practices.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively in an offshore-onshore model.
