Hiring: Backend-Focused Full-Stack Engineer (Python + FastAPI)

We are hiring a Backend-Focused Full-Stack Engineer to join an exciting product team working on an AI-driven document intelligence platform used by US-based companies.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building scalable APIs, cloud-native services, and intelligent automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable REST APIs using Python (FastAPI)

• Work with PostgreSQL schema design and performance optimization

• Develop background processing pipelines using Redis / Celery / RQ

• Integrate backend services with AI/ML inference workflows

• Deploy services using Docker and cloud platforms (AWS / Vertex AI / SageMaker exposure preferred)

• Build validation dashboards/workflows using React.js (optional)

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Python backend development

• Hands-on with FastAPI

• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and REST APIs

• Knowledge of async processing & microservice architecture

• Experience with Docker & CI/CD pipelines

• Understanding of OAuth2 / JWT authentication

Good to Have:

• React.js exposure

• Experience working on SaaS or AI-driven products

• Exposure to document processing / OCR / workflow automation platforms
