• 12 + Years of experience of relevant experience in custom application development
• Must have worked as an Architect for least 3 years
• Built customer-facing products and released globally
• Experience with long-term project and production support
• Flexible and comfortable with changing requirements
• Works to improve DX (Developer Experience)
• Understanding of JS Frameworks and Rendering Patterns
• Experience setting best practices and training others
• Clean as you Code Mindset
• Experience with refactoring existing codebases
• Writes clear and concise technical documentation
• Built with SEO considerations
• SRE Experience (Monitoring, Security, Reliability, Alerting)
• Security Best Practices (Authentication v Authorization)
• Managed customer facing and multi-region APIs
• Maintained Data Pipelines
• Built scalable and global infrastructure
• Created tooling and automation for developer experience
• Great Communicator + Mentor
• Ownership Mindset + Self-Motivated

Mandatory Skills:

• JavaScript/Typescript Experience
• React 18+/NodeJS Experience
• REST / GraphQL Experience
• Component / Visual Testing Experience
• Serverless or Microservice Experience
• AWS Experience – IAM, S3, EKS, ECS, CloudFront, CloudWatch, Glue, Sage Maker
• Exposure to containerized Environment (Docker)
• IaC Experience - Scripting in Terraform / CloudFormation /CDK
• Managed CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions)
• Worked with monitoring and observability tools
