Role: Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET + React + AWS)

Total Experience: 6+ Years

Relevant Experience: 5+ Years (.NET, React, AWS)

Core Tech Stack: .NET Core / C#, React.js, AWS Cloud Infrastructure

Domain: Fintech (Preferred)

Location: Bangalore(Remote) / Pune (Hybrid)

Compensation: ₹28,00,000 – ₹33,00,000 per annum (28–33 LPA)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only (0–15 days maximum)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-native software solutions. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development of modern web applications using .NET Core, React, and AWS infrastructure while working directly with US-based stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong architectural expertise, clear communication skills, and proven experience in high-performing enterprise or Fintech environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Development: Design, build, and deploy robust, high-performance web applications using .NET Core microservices/APIs on the backend and modern React.js on the frontend.
• AWS Cloud Management: Architect, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure leveraging key AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, ECS, S3, CloudFront, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway).
• US Client Interaction: Engage directly with US clients and product owners to lead technical discussions, gather requirements, present solutions, and provide milestone updates.
• API & Database Engineering: Build secure, high-throughput RESTful APIs and optimize relational (SQL Server/PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases for performance and speed.
• DevOps & Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, conduct peer code reviews, enforce unit testing, and ensure security best practices across the application stack.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, network latency, and cloud resource consumption.

Technical & Professional Qualifications:

Must-Have Requirements:

• 6+ years of total software engineering experience, with 5+ years of hands-on expertise spanning .NET, React, and AWS.
• Backend: Deep technical competence in .NET Core / C#, Web APIs, microservices architecture, Object-Relational Mapping (Entity Framework), and asynchronous programming.
• Frontend: Strong experience in React.js, modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3, and state management frameworks (Redux, Context API).
• AWS Infrastructure: Demonstrated experience in configuring, deploying, and managing cloud environments on AWS (serverless, containerized, or compute-based applications).
• US Client Exposure: Prior experience working directly with US-based clients, product managers, or cross-border teams with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability: Must be an Immediate Joiner (0–15 days notice period).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fintech Domain: Prior experience building financial technology, payment gateways, banking platforms, or fraud/compliance systems.
• AWS Certification: AWS Certified Developer – Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Security & Compliance: Familiarity with OWASP guidelines, PCI-DSS, SOC2, or financial security protocols.
