Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship product features end-to-end across front-end and back-end systems.
• Develop high-quality front-end experiences (UI, responsiveness, performance) using modern web frameworks.
• Design, develop, and maintain back-end services/APIs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Own integration between client, server, and data layers to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to deliver features that drive measurable customer outcomes (organic traffic and revenue).
• Write clean, testable code and contribute to engineering best practices (reviews, documentation, CI/CD hygiene).

Required Qualifications

• 2–7 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience in full-stack development with proven expertise in both:
• Front-end development (e.g., React, Nextjs)
• Back-end development (e.g., Node.js and/or Python)
• Solid understanding of building and integrating REST/HTTP APIs (and/or other service interfaces).
• Database experience in SQL and Non-SQL Databases
• Testing Frameworks - Unit Testing, E2E Testing
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with scalable system design, performance optimization, and production debugging.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work full-time, on-site in Bengaluru.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Cloud Services like AWS, GCP and Azure
• Understanding of LLM behaviour and Prompt Engineering
• Experience with LLM Evaluation Setups
