Full-Stack Engineer, Growth

We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to drive acquisition, activation, and retention across our products through thoughtful experimentation and high-quality product development.

As a Full-Stack Engineer, Growth, you will own end-to-end features and experiments across frontend and backend that help more users discover, adopt, and stay engaged with Nucleus. You'll work on the systems and product surfaces that shape the user journey, from first touch to long-term value.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong product instincts with engineering depth. You should be comfortable shipping quickly, measuring impact carefully, and building systems that support rapid iteration without sacrificing quality.

• Own full-stack growth features and experiments across frontend, backend, APIs, and data flows.
• Build product experiences that improve acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Design and implement experimentation systems, user journeys, and product mechanics that help Nucleus learn quickly and improve continuously.
• Partner closely with product, design, data, and engineering teams to identify opportunities and turn them into measurable outcomes.
• Develop backend services and frontend interfaces that support growth loops, lifecycle experiences, referrals, notifications, and usage-driven product flows.
• Instrument products for analytics, funnel visibility, and experimentation, with a strong focus on learning quality as well as shipping velocity.
• Balance rapid iteration with maintainable architecture, sound engineering practices, and a high bar for user experience.
• Help define how growth works at Nucleus in a way that feels product-led, thoughtful, and aligned with long-term user value.

• Strong experience building and shipping production software across both frontend and backend systems.
• Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience building backend services, APIs, and application logic in production environments.
• Strong product instincts and comfort working on user-facing features with measurable business impact.
• Familiarity with analytics, experimentation, funnel analysis, or growth-focused product development.
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining clarity, reliability, and sound technical judgment.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working across product, design, engineering, and data.
• A thoughtful approach to growth that prioritizes real user value over shallow optimization.

• Experience working on consumer products, SaaS platforms, developer tools, or marketplace-style growth problems.
• Familiarity with onboarding systems, lifecycle messaging, experimentation infrastructure, or monetization-adjacent flows.
• Experience with product analytics, event instrumentation, or A/B testing frameworks.
• Interest in AI products and the unique growth challenges of introducing new forms of intelligent software to users.
