About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to join our in-office team at Coimbatore. You'll work across mobile apps, web apps, and backend systems, owning features end-to-end from UI to APIs to database design.
If you enjoy building real products, moving fast, and working closely with founders/product teams, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter
- Build responsive web applications using React.js
- Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs using FastAPI
- Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling, queries, and performance optimization
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
- Debug, optimize, and improve application performance
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Flutter for mobile app development
- Solid understanding of React.js for web front-end development
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI (Python) for backend development
- Experience working with PostgreSQL (schema design, queries, indexing)
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON-based communication
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
Good to Have
- Experience with authentication (JWT, OAuth)
- Knowledge of Docker / basic DevOps workflows
- Experience deploying apps on AWS / GCP / Azure
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Prior experience working in a startup or product company
