About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale high-performance web applications and secure backend systems for our fintech and SaaS solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with product, design, and AI/ML teams to build reliable, high-throughput financial applications. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems, coupled with a solid understanding of fintech workflows, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, responsive applications using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS.
- API & Architecture Design: Develop secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs, incorporating microservices and event-driven architecture.
- Database & Caching: Design, optimize, and manage relational databases (PostgreSQL) and implement caching solutions (Redis) for peak performance.
- Asynchronous Processing: Build event-driven pipelines using messaging queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Cloud & DevOps: Containerize applications using Docker, support Kubernetes deployments, maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, and manage automated CI/CD pipelines.
- AI/ML Integration: Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent, automated services into production applications.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce industry-standard security practices—including robust authentication, authorization, data encryption, and compliance with financial regulations.
- Code Quality: Write clean, modular, maintainable, and well-tested code following agile engineering practices.
Requirements & QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field is mandatory.

What You'll Bring
- 4–5 years of hands-on software engineering experience within Fintech or SaaS domains.
- Proven track record of owning features end-to-end—from system design to production deployment.
- Strong expertise in distributed systems, SQL optimization, and backend architecture.
- Sound knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design patterns.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and clear technical communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Domain experience in Payments, Lending, Neo-banking, Wealth Tech, or Insurance Tech.
- Hands-on exposure to AI-driven products or machine learning integrations.
- Experience working in fast-paced Agile environments.
