Position: Full Stack Developer

Experience: 6-14 years

Location: Bangalore, Pune,Chennai,Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using React and modern backend technologies.
• Architect and build scalable microservices-based applications and distributed systems.
• Develop high-performance RESTful APIs and event-driven services.
• Implement cloud-native solutions leveraging containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Drive performance optimization, scalability, security, and reliability initiatives.
• Establish and enhance CI/CD pipelines to enable automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Implement DevOps best practices, monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical mentoring of development teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide scalable solutions for complex business problems.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, development methodologies, and security guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Frontend

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with React ecosystem including Redux, Context API, Hooks, and state management patterns.
• Knowledge of responsive design and frontend performance optimization.

Backend

• Strong development experience in Java or Python.
• Expertise in building REST APIs, asynchronous processing, and backend service frameworks.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.

Architecture & Design

• Solid understanding of Backend Architecture and enterprise application design.
• Experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Distributed Systems, scalability, resilience, fault tolerance, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with design patterns and domain-driven design concepts.

Cloud & DevOps

• Strong experience with Cloud Native Design principles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Expertise in DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, and monitoring solutions.
• Strong experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
