We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack ASP.NET Technical Lead with Next.js expertise (Mandatory) to lead our development team. This role requires a highly skilled professional with strong backend expertise in ASP.NET Core, C#, and modern frontend development using Next.js. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading teams, architecting solutions, and delivering high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding and architecture.
Architect, develop, and maintain ASP.NET Core-based applications with scalable backend solutions.
Develop modern, responsive UI components using Next.js and React.js.
Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Work with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases for efficient data management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in full-stack development with expertise in ASP.NET Core and C#.
Strong experience in Next.js (Mandatory) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
