Full Stack Developer (Node.js + Python) — Ahmedabad (On-site)

Devsatva is an AI-native data engineering and analytics consultancy based in Ahmedabad. We build real-time data pipelines, RAG systems, MCP servers and agentic AI workflows for clients across India, the US, UK and UAE — including large global brands. Small team, real ownership, no layers between you and the work.
What you'll do
- Build and ship full-stack features using Node.js (backend/APIs) and Python (services, data and AI workflows)
- Work on client-facing products — dashboards, internal tools, integrations with marketing and analytics platforms
- Write and consume REST APIs; integrate third-party platforms (Meta, Google, CRMs, data warehouses)
- Work with SQL databases and help move data cleanly between systems
- Work alongside our data engineering and AI teams on LLM-powered features (RAG, agents, MCP servers) — prior AI experience isn't required, curiosity is
- Deploy and maintain what you build — Git, Docker, basic cloud
What we're looking for
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a full stack / backend developer
- Solid with Node.js (Express/NestJS) and Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django)
- Comfortable with at least one frontend framework — React preferred
- Working knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and REST API design
- Git, and a basic understanding of deployment and cloud (AWS/GCP)
- Clear communication in English, and someone who asks questions instead of guessing
Nice to have
- Exposure to data tools (Pandas, dbt, Kafka, Spark) or any LLM/AI API work
- Experience with marketing/analytics stacks (GA4, GTM, Meta CAPI)
- Personal projects or open-source contributions
