We are looking for a Fullstack Developer who combines strong UI/UX thinking with hands-on React and fullstack development expertise someone who can design, build, and optimize scalable web platforms end-to-end.
Role Overview
You will create high-conversion, visually strong interfaces and bring them to life using React-based architectures while supporting backend integrations and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, modern web interfaces using React / Next.js.
- Build reusable UI components aligned with a scalable design system.
- Integrate front-end applications with APIs and backend systems.
- Optimize website performance, responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals.
- Ensure accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and SEO readiness.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and tech teams for seamless delivery.
- Take ownership from wireframes to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Required Technical Skills
Front-End
- Strong proficiency in React.js
- Experience with Next.js (preferred)
- JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred)
- HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind / Styled Components
- Mobile-first and responsive design principles
UI/UX & Design
- Figma expertise (wireframes, prototypes, component systems)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color psychology
- Ability to translate technical concepts into intuitive interfaces
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices
Fullstack & Integration
- Working knowledge of Node.js and REST APIs
- Experience consuming APIs and managing state
- Familiarity with CMS integrations (Headless preferred)
- Git and deployment workflows (Vercel / AWS / Netlify etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- 36 years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong portfolio with live React-based projects
- Experience in fast-paced startup or consulting environments
- Exposure to AI-driven workflows is a plus
