Full Stack Engineer

• Desired Profile :-
• Related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 4 to 10 years building commercial fullstack
• Applications using modern software engineering practices, including features owned from design through
• production support.
• Strong TypeScript / JavaScript with Node 18+ across APIs, business logic, and tooling. Proficiency with React 18, including hooks, context, and query management.
• Strong working experience with MongoDB, including schema design, aggregation pipelines, indexing, and query performance tuning. No AWS or cloud experience required.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD or equivalent, including automated testing and security scanning.
• Hands-on, productive use of AI coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent in a large codebase, including context management, prompt engineering, and critical evaluation of generated output ,plus experience building or supporting AI-powered product features.
• A record of contributing successfully in distributed teams using Agile / Scrum, and proficiency across the software development life cycle, including coding standards, architecture and design patterns ,code reviews, source control, builds, testing, and operations.

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Independently design ,build, and deliver high-quality fullstack code following INDG best practices. Explain design decisions and the tradeoffs in your work.
• Build enterprise applications at scale using computers Science fundamentals and a working understanding of front-end and back-end architecture across React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Develop scalable, highly available, high-performance components and services ,including MongoDB data modeling, aggregation pipelines, and query optimization, and use proofs of concept ,tests, and external research to support technical decisions.
• Build, integrate, and support AI-powered functionalities - such as regulatory change tracking, search, and insight surfaces - across the platform.
• Own medium-complexity features end to end, from design through production support, and contribute to team design reviews.
• Diagnose and fix production issues. Communicate issues and anticipated barriers to the development lead. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
