Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack (Python)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Software Engineer who can contribute across frontend and backend technologies while effectively leveraging modern AI-powered engineering tools and workflows to improve productivity, software quality, and delivery efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on full-stack development experience, problem-solving capabilities, and an engineering mindset focused on scalability, maintainability, automation, and continuous improvement.
Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions
- Work across frontend (React/Angular) and backend technologies (Python) to build modern applications and services
- Develop reusable components, APIs, utilities, and engineering accelerators
- Participate in technical solutioning, architecture discussions, and system improvements
- Write clean, optimized, secure, and production-ready code
- Perform code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root cause analysis
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, product, and business teams
- Contribute to CI/CD, automation, observability, and operational excellence initiatives
- Leverage AI-powered engineering tools to improve development productivity and quality
- Create reusable workflows, prompts, rules, skills, automations, and developer enablement assets
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in modern frontend technologies and frameworks like React, Angular
- Strong backend development experience using Python or equivalent backend technologies
- Good understanding of API development, distributed systems, and scalable application design
- Strong knowledge of databases, data modeling, and query optimization
Solid understanding of:
