Full Stack Engineer

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong React and TypeScript experience.
• Strong Node.js backend experience.
• Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Good understanding of authentication, JWT/cookies, API integrations, and async workflows.
• Comfortable debugging production-like issues using logs, browser DevTools, API tools, and source code.
• Ability to understand business flows, not just isolated tickets.

Good To Have

• NestJS or Fastify experience.
• Redis, Elasticsearch, queues, or background jobs.
• Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD experience.
• Experience with pnpm/Turbo monorepos, Vite, Apollo, TanStack Query, React Hook Form, or Zod.
• SaaS, staffing, recruitment, workforce, timesheet, billing, or marketplace domain experience.
