Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior MERN Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, server-side rendering, cloud infrastructure, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

* Build and optimize applications using Next.js (SSR & SSG)

* Architect scalable backend services using Node.js

* Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)

* Implement technical SEO best practices (structured data, page speed, indexing, etc.)

* Ensure performance optimization, security, and responsiveness across applications

* Lead a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices

* Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams for seamless execution

* Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 3–4 years of experience in full-stack development (MERN stack)

* Strong expertise in Next.js (SSR, SSG, routing, performance optimization)

* Solid understanding of Node.js and backend architecture

* Hands-on experience with AWS services and deployment pipelines

* Good knowledge of Technical SEO concepts and implementation

* Experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and database design

* Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD, and agile methodologies

* Proven experience in team handling / mentoring developers

Good to Have

* Experience with microservices architecture

* Familiarity with Docker / containerization

* Knowledge of GraphQL
