About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer (MEAN & MERN Stack) to join our growing engineering team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications while contributing to technical architecture and engineering best practices.
You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and fellow developers to build modern, cloud-native applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Development
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) and MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stacks.
- Develop responsive, reusable, and high-performance user interfaces using Angular, React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Develop reusable components and modular application architecture.
Backend & API Development
- Design and implement secure REST APIs and microservices.
- Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, CRM systems, messaging services, authentication providers, and external APIs.
- Develop scalable backend solutions with proper error handling, logging, and monitoring.
- Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, and role-based access control.
Database Management
- Design and optimize database schemas.
- Work extensively with MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Optimize queries for performance and scalability.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and efficient indexing strategies.
Cloud & DevOps
- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Microsoft Azure
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
- Containerize applications using Docker.
- Work with Kubernetes for orchestration (preferred).
- Monitor application performance and optimize deployments.
Mobile Development
- Develop and maintain hybrid mobile applications using React Native, Ionic, or similar frameworks.
- Ensure consistent user experience across Android and iOS platforms.
Performance & Security
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Follow secure coding practices and implement OWASP security recommendations.
- Perform application profiling and resolve bottlenecks.
- Improve application performance through caching, lazy loading, code splitting, and optimization techniques.
Collaboration & Engineering Excellence
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate effectively within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term scalable solutions.
