Claidroid Technologies is hiring an experienced Lead Developer / Technical Lead with strong .NET Core, Microservices, and Angular expertise to build scalable, high-impact enterprise applications.

Role Overview

As a Lead Developer, you will drive end-to-end development, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions across performance, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor developers, driving engineering excellence
• Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using modern architecture
• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders on requirements and delivery timelines
• Ensure high code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices
• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and performance issues
• Drive adoption of new tools, frameworks, and engineering improvements
• Build a collaborative and high-ownership engineering culture

Required Skills & Experience

• 9+ years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• .NET Core / C# / ASP.NET MVC / Web API
• Microservices Architecture
• Angular + TypeScript + JavaScript
• MongoDB / NoSQL + SQL (working knowledge)
• Entity Framework, LINQ
• RabbitMQ
• Docker + Kubernetes (Containerisation)
• Exposure to AWS / Azure / Azure DevOps
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Good to Have

• CQRS
• OpenShift
• ServiceNow / JIRA exposure
• QuickSight
• HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
