What you'll do:
You'll write and ship full-stack features end to end, from frontend UI, to backend AI logic, to the database, and infra.
We're still a small team, and the product is early — you won't just be building features; you'll help shape the trajectory of the company and the future of AI development.
Here are a few examples of the kinds of things you might work on:
- Build a signal processor that turns unstructured data into actionable insights powered by AI Agents
- Create lightweight interface for sales leaders that surface confident actions with one-click workflows
- Design the core API for AI CRO brain: versioning insights, collaborative editing for revenue teams, powered by LLMs and fast iteration
- Talk to early users, debug live pipeline issues, ship fixes same-day
- Make product calls on ambiguity, unblock yourself, and own the stack from 01

Who You Are
Minimum
- 3+ years engineering, with a strong track record of shipping 01 products (Including time shipping production software)
- You've built and deployed agent-like systems; multi-step LLM pipelines, tool-using bots, scripted assistants, or similar.
- Fluent across the stack: backend APIs, frontend UIs, databases; end-to-end ownership
- RAG pipelines (e.g. embeddings, vector DBs, chunking strategies)
- Agent memory systems (e.g. scratchpads, history compression, summarization)
- Tool use and orchestration (e.g. calling real APIs, using plugins, auth flows)
- Evaluation — success metrics, regression testing, and improving agent behavior over time
- You write production-grade code and can work across systems without needing a spec.
- You thrive in fast-paced, product-first environments where the goal is shipping.
- Comfortable with startup ambiguity: unblock yourself, pragmatic trade-offs, no perfect specs needed
Bonus (but not required)
- You've been a founder or early-stage engineer before, and care deeply about product
- Passion for B2B products
- YC/Antler ecosystem familiarity a plus
The Process
We keep our process transparent. Exceptional candidates go from first touch to offer within 2 weeks.

- 45-minute technical interview: You'll build a small full-stack app. We're looking for fluency, speed, and product sense
- System design interview: A deep dive into how you think and architect systems. We'll walk through a real Cenara problem together
- Final Conversation: Quick vibe check and answer any questions
