Full Stack Engineer

Job Description: Full Stack Developer (Java + React/Next.js)

Position: Full Stack Developer

Experience: 7+ years

Location: Chennai

Notice : Immediate Joiner

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 7+ years in full-stack development roles.

Proven track record of leading and managing development teams.

Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.

Strong experience with React.js, Redux, and front-end development tools.

Working knowledge of any API manager is a plus.

Working knowledge of any messaging system like RabbitMQ, Kafka desirable..

Hands-on experience with any Cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.

Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.

Good grasp of SOLID principles, design patterns and various Architectural patterns.

Good knowledge of Databases is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Certifications:

Java certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional).

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and business analysts.

Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Gather and analyze requirements to design solutions that meet business objectives.

Provide timely updates and escalate issues as necessary to ensure project success.
