Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (1–3 years experience) who is eager to build real products for

smart lab and training systems.

You will work across:

LMS and training platform development

Simulator and hardware integration workflows

Web + desktop applications for lab and customer workflows

Backend APIs, cloud deployment, and data services

We prioritize execution, adaptability, and problem-solving over fixed skill boundaries.

Technical Expectations (Must Have)

Strong fundamentals in: HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Frontend: React.js (preferred)

Backend: Node.js / Express

Databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQL Server (any one)

Basic cloud understanding: AWS or Azure (deployment basics)

Version control: Git / GitHub

Additional Skills (Good to Have)

Electron.js or desktop app development

C# / .NET for hardware or legacy integrations

REST API design and integration

Exposure to simulation, 3D visualization, or AR/VR integration

Experience with IoT or industrial automation systems

Learning & Adaptability (Core Requirement)

Willingness to work across frontend, backend, and integration tasks

Ability to quickly learn new tools, frameworks, and product domains

Comfortable delivering features in a fast-moving environment

Self-driven attitude with strong ownership

Depth in one area + willingness to expand into others is preferred.

AI-Driven Development (Expected)

Comfortable using AI tools like: ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot

Ability to leverage AI for: Faster development, Debugging, Learning new concepts

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications (LMS, simulator interfaces, dashboards)

Integrate backend APIs and services with training hardware and lab systems

Build features that support smart lab workflows, IoT data, and AR/VR content

Debug production issues and assist with deployment and environment setup

Collaborate on product improvements with the technical and R&D team

Maintain documentation for development and deployment processes

Support integration with academic and industrial training customers

Job Details

Experience: 1 – 2 years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Location: Pune (Narhe)

Work Mode: 4 days office + 1 day WFH

Probation Period: 6 months

Contract Duration: 18–24 months

Notice Period: 3 months
