Our ERP / CRM coverage includes: SAP, Oracle EBS/Fusion, Oracle Cloud ERP, Peoplesoft, JDE, Infor (M3, LX, XA, LN, System 21), IFS, Epicor, SysPro, D365 & Salesforce.

One of our longest standing service verticals has been assisting transition clients from legacy systems to cloud based platforms including introduction of Cloud / AI Enabled and data-driven models.

We are seeking a multiple Full Stack engineers with an emphasis with prior .NET Core, C#, EF core, React/TypeScript, HML5, CSS3, RESTful API, OpenAPI and AI-assisted coding platforms.

Position Objective

Perform analysis and develop software and associated interfaces as part of the IT Development team of our client. Create documentation for internally developed systems and provide support for other departments within the business for any technical assistance related to management of the client sytems. Provide feedback to management to further improve and extend the capabilities of our internally developed systems and interfaces etc as required by the business.

In addition, actively use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development and explore emerging opportunities to embed AI capabilities into the Client platform. This role is about leveraging AI to deliver faster, improve quality, and enhance product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

General

·       Deliver projects to project schedules and timelines, focusing on quality and cost objectives.

·       Build and develop processes surrounding testing, documentation, configuration and application change lifecycle of business applications.

·       Actively manage risk in the development programs.

·       Work with business strategies/designs to accommodate current and long-term future needs of the business into our developed systems.

·       Work to create the right environment for developers to thrive and contribute at the highest level.

·       Analyse, research, and evaluate solutions against requirements and/or specifications from the business.

·       Analyse, architect, design, and/or develop configuration, procedure, and/or code (as appropriate) as part of projects and/or support tasks relating to business applications.

·       Assist in implementing solutions and projects (software architecture, design, testing, training, documentation, communications, facilitation).

·       Investigate, analyse, and rectify issues with systems and data (pro-actively where possible, reactively where prompted).

·       Undertake to understand and operate all aspects of Client's business processes and systems.

·       Play a role in implementing solutions and projects.

·       Support users in their use of applications and processes on a day-to-day basis.

·       Assist where requested with analysis of Client's business to create effective and efficient tools and procedures.

·       Perform and manage (where prompted and/or appropriate as deemed by direct manager) liaisons with vendors regarding (but not limited to) software development, support, integrations, and configuration.

AI-Driven Responsibilities

·       Leverage AI-assisted coding, testing, and documentation tools to speed up development cycles without compromising quality.

·       Explore and validate AI use cases within the Client's platform (e.g., reporting, analytics, data automation).

·       Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of new AI technologies that can extend developer productivity and product capability.

·       Share learnings with the team to raise collective AI capability.

Technical Skills

·       Strong React/TypeScript development experience essential.

·       Strong knowledge of C# .NET Core and EF Core essential.

·       Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.

·       Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and scalable software design.

·       Skilled in building reusable libraries and shared components.

·       Proficient with PostgreSQL.

·       Experience building scalable, secure applications in production environments.

·       Strong experience consuming and designing RESTful APIs.

·       Experience designing and maintaining OpenAPI specifications, API versioning, and integration-ready interfaces.

·       Experience implementing automated testing platforms, unit tests, and integration tests.

·       Familiar with Agile/Scrum development methodology.

·       Experience with AWS cloud environment and AWS SDK an added benefit.

·       CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, Docker, and Terraform an added benefit.

·       Experience building mobile applications using React Native or similar frameworks an added benefit.

·       Experience designing offline-capable applications, including local storage, synchronization, caching, and conflict resolution, an added benefit.

·       Familiarity with mobile deployment pipelines, app store release processes, and secure mobile authentication patterns an added benefit.

AI Skills

·       Experience with AI-assisted coding platforms (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, CodeWhisperer, Cursor).

·       Exposure to integrating AI/ML APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) an advantage.

·       Curiosity and growth mindset to adopt AI-enabled workflows and experiment with automation.
