Full Stack AI Engineer
Full Stack Engineer who can build modern, scalable applications and is comfortable working in an AI first development environment. This role requires someone who can leverage AI tools to accelerate development while designing robust backend and frontend systems.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable full stack applications (frontend + backend)
- Build and integrate APIs, microservices, and data pipelines
- Work with databases and ensure reliable data connectivity
- Collaborate closely with product, AI, and design teams
- Rapidly prototype and iterate features using AI assisted development workflows
- Contribute to deployment, testing, and production readiness
Required Technical Skills (3-5 years experience)Backend and Full Stack
- Strong experience in backend development (Python preferred, FastAPI or similar frameworks)
- Experience with REST APIs and micro services architecture
- Proficiency in frontend development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS; React or similar frameworks preferred)
- Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL or equivalent)
AI Native Development
- Atleast one year plus production grade experience integrating AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI driven workflows
- Understanding of embeddings, vector databases, or semantic search concepts
AI Assisted Engineering
- Hands-on atleast one or two production grade experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex or similar
- Ability to use AI tools for code generation, debugging, and rapid prototyping
- Comfortable working in fast iteration environments (AI assisted or vibe coding style)
DevOps and Deployment
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud environments and scalable deployments
- Understanding of multi environment setups (Dev, UAT, Production)
Soft Skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to work in cross functional teams
- Ownership mindset and ability to move fast with clarity
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
