Full Stack Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Engineer role based in New Delhi. The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that power BillCut's debt management and EMI conversion platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include building responsive user interfaces, implementing robust back-end services and APIs, integrating with third-party financial systems, and ensuring application performance, reliability, and security. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, participating in code reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement of the technology stack and development processes. The engineer will also help troubleshoot production issues, optimize existing features, and support the rollout of new products and enhancements.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development for modern web applications.
• Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development using JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive UI.
• Solid understanding of web architectures, RESTful services, security best practices, and performance optimization.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly, and write clean, maintainable code.
• Prior experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, and familiarity with Indian credit and EMI ecosystems is a plus.
