Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer for a full-time hybrid role based in Bhubaneswar, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user-facing applications and back-end systems. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing web applications for maximum efficiency, and debugging software to ensure it meets performance and quality standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that align with business goals and user needs.

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development practices
• Expertise in Front-End Development and Full-Stack Development
• Strong understanding of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and modern design frameworks
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and delivering scalable web applications
• Effective problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
• Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and distributed systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in startups or innovative technology environments is a significant advantage
