Role: Full-Stack AI Engineer
Location: Fully Remote (India) | Core UK Working Hours
Compensation: ₹1,0000 - 1,50,000/month (Higher for exceptional experience)

About the Role
We are an established Birmingham-based digital agency building custom software, ERPs, operational platforms, and AI agents for UK businesses.
We are looking for a foundational Full-Stack AI Engineer who can take unstructured business problems and engineer scalable, production-grade applications from scratch. You will work directly with our founder and UK clients, taking full ownership of builds across the stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Development: Build end-to-end web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Database Architecture: Design relational database models (PostgreSQL) for complex, multi-user platforms.
- AI Integration: Build practical AI agents and automation workflows using LLM APIs, tool calling, and retrieval.
- System Performance: Handle deployment, hosting, performance, and security across Vercel, Supabase, or AWS.
- Team Expansion: Scope projects, estimate effort, and help interview/evaluate future engineering hires.
Requirements
- 4+ years shipping production web applications.
- Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
- AI Tooling: Hands-on experience implementing Anthropic/OpenAI APIs, LLM agents, and daily use of AI coding tools.
- Complex Data Models: Proven experience building systems like ERPs, multi-tenant SaaS, or inventory tools.
- Client-Facing Communication: Strong spoken and written English for direct UK client coordination.
Nice to Have: Multi-tenant SaaS, Xero/Sage API integrations, or engineering recruitment experience.
