About the Role

As a Full Stack Engineer at Jetbro, you will work on building and scaling reliable, production-grade systems where technology is central to how our clients and products operate. This role sits at the intersection of backend and frontend engineering, requiring strong fundamentals, clear thinking, and a bias toward solutions that are simple, stable, and maintainable.

You will be involved across the lifecycle of a feature from understanding the problem and designing the system, to implementing APIs and interfaces, and supporting deployments in real-world environments. The backend is primarily built using Node.js and NestJS, while the frontend leverages Next.js for performance, structure, and long-term scalability.

You will work closely with senior engineers and architects, using AI coding agents (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) as daily tools while also learning what's actually happening under the hood. This is not a ticket-based job. You'll be encouraged to ask why, break things (safely), and continuously upgrade your mental models.

Key Responsibilities

• Use AI tools effectively to assist in writing and understanding code
  
• Build small but meaningful features under guidance
  
• Read and understand existing codebases (monorepos, APIs, services)
  
• Ask good questions and document what you learn
  
• Improve prompts, flows, and logic in AI-powered features
  
• Gradually take ownership of parts of the system
  

Tech Stack

• Backend: Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, async programming
  
• Frontend: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS
  
• AI Layer: LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, Graph RAG concepts
  
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, Graph databases (Neo4j or similar)
  
• Infrastructure: Docker, CI/CD, cloud deployments
  
  

Requirements
