We are building a next-generation AI-powered Contact Center platform and are looking for a strong Full Stack Engineer to join our early team. You will work across backend, frontend, and AI-assisted development workflows to ship production-grade features fast.

This is a startup environment. You will have high ownership, move quickly, and directly influence product and architecture.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain backend services using Ruby

Develop modern frontend interfaces using Vue.js / React

Design scalable APIs and real-time systems for contact center workflows (voice, chat, agent tools, analytics)

Work closely with product and AI teams to integrate LLM-driven features

Use Cursor and Claude Code as part of daily development for faster iteration and code quality

Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code

Participate in architecture decisions and technical direction

Debug production issues and optimize performance

Required Skills

Strong experience with Ruby (Rails or similar frameworks preferred)

Hands-on frontend experience with Vue.js / React

Solid understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture

Experience with modern Git workflows

Familiarity with WebSockets, WebRTC

Comfortable using AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment

Nice to Have

Experience building SaaS or contact center platforms

Exposure to AI or LLM integrations

Experience with cloud platforms (GCP or similar)
