Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing modern technologies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and product quality.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts and agile development practices.

• The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
