Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The engineer continuously explores and applies emerging technologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions within an agile and cloud-first environment. Problem-solving and innovation are central to daily activities, contributing to enhanced client services and system performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of development efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Solid understanding of backend development, RESTful APIs, and database management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies in a cloud-first environment.
• Experience working within agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our PDC5A - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
