Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves managing the complete lifecycle of system features, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. The role requires actively engaging in the design, development, and deployment of solutions that enhance client services. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to adopt innovative technologies and methodologies, focusing on delivering efficient and scalable applications within a cloud-first and agile environment. This position demands continuous problem-solving and adapting to evolving project requirements to meet business objectives effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Assist in documenting technical specifications and system designs.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems for better performance and scalability.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with database management and query optimization.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts and agile development methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues efficiently.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our PDC5A - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
