Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that align with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical strategies with project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Solution Architecture, Node.js, .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in designing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies to support scalable applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the full technology stack.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
