Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires engaging with various stages of the development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across components. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to innovate and implement solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring emerging technologies to address complex business challenges within a cloud-focused and agile environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system stability.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Visual C++ Programming Language.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
• Experience with debugging and performance optimization techniques in Visual C++ environments.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies including agile practices.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices.
• Experience in integrating front-end and back-end components to deliver cohesive solutions.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Visual C++ Programming Language.
• This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
