Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves taking ownership of the complete development lifecycle of system features, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to backend functionality. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to adopt emerging technologies and applies a cloud-first and agile approach to address complex business challenges effectively. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, AWS Architecture, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend services.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment models.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
Additional Information:
