Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining complete system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires engaging with various stages of the development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with team members to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Working within an agile environment, the focus remains on creating efficient, scalable, and user-friendly applications that address complex business challenges with a cloud-first approach.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and user experience.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously research and implement new technologies to improve development processes and product quality.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with backend development including RESTful APIs and database management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and version control systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for maximum efficiency.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
