The engineer collaborates with various teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of development efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks.
• Strong experience in both frontend and backend development technologies related to Python Frameworks.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and deployment strategies.
• Experience working within agile development environments and iterative delivery models.
• Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and reliability.

• This position is based at our Pune office.
