Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to backend services. This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end components. The engineer collaborates with various teams to deliver innovative and efficient solutions that address complex business challenges. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the workday includes continuous improvement of applications to enhance client services and user experience, while adapting to evolving technologies and project requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet business needs.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Apache Kafka.
• Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Solid understanding of backend development including RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies to support scalable applications.
• Experience in database design, optimization, and management for both SQL and NoSQL systems.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and perform thorough code reviews.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
