Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend services. This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client service delivery. The workday includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and applying a cloud-first and agile approach to address complex business challenges effectively. Continuous engagement in refining system components and ensuring seamless functionality across the entire technology stack is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development and deployment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, AWS Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services, particularly within AWS environments.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Experience working in agile development environments and using version control systems.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
