• Maintain and improve existing applications by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM FileNet ECM Tools.
• Experience with system architecture design and implementation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and agile development methodologies.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across multiple layers of the application stack.
