Daily activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and approaches, ensuring that solutions are scalable and aligned with business needs. The position embraces a cloud-first and agile methodology, encouraging continuous improvement and adaptation to evolving project requirements and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, React.js, Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies in a cloud-first environment.
• Ability to work with agile development methodologies and tools to manage project workflows.
• Competence in debugging, performance tuning, and ensuring application security best practices.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
