Summary:As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features manage releases and ensure system stability You will engage with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools

Technical Experience :

Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities

Professional Attributes :

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights Experience in application design and development methodologies Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
