Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend functionalities. The role requires actively engaging in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and performance. This position emphasizes delivering innovative and efficient solutions that address complex business challenges, while embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with client needs is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering continuous improvement and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet project requirements.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical deliverables with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with full stack development technologies including frontend and backend frameworks.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and agile software development practices.
• Ability to design and optimize APIs and microservices for scalable applications.
• Familiarity with database management and data integration techniques.
• Competence in debugging, testing, and deploying software in a continuous integration and delivery environment.
