Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend services. The role requires actively engaging in the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client service delivery. Throughout the day, the engineer collaborates with various teams to integrate new technologies and approaches, focusing on solving complex business challenges with a cloud-first and agile methodology. This position demands continuous adaptation to evolving project requirements and a commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of system components ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of features and timely delivery.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of backend development including RESTful services and database management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Understanding of agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
