The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing modern technologies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges in a cloud-centric environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient workflows.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience with designing and developing scalable full stack applications.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and deployment strategies.
- Ability to work with both frontend and backend technologies to create cohesive solutions.
- Familiarity with agile development processes and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance across multiple layers.
Additional Information:
