Job Description

Project Role : Full Stack Engineer

Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Summary: We are looking for a strong Python engineer who enjoys building reliable, scalable solutions and is curious about growing into AI, ML, and Gen AI. You will be hired first and foremost for your Python expertise, working on analytics, data pipelines, and backend services that power real business use cases. Over time, with structured training and hands-on exposure, you will expand your skill set into AI-driven solutions such as predictive analytics, intelligent assistants, and model-powered APIs. You will work closely with teams across data, platform, and engineering to deliver solutions that are practical, robust, and production ready. Roles & Responsibilities Build and deliver Python-based applications and analytics solutions Write clean, modular, and high-performance Python code Develop and maintain data pipelines and backend services Partner with data and platform teams to ensure high-quality data for analytics and future ML use cases Contribute to technical designs and engineering decisions, with Python as your core strength Support the integration of ML and GenAI models into Python applications as you upskill Solve technical challenges across teams with a strong engineering mindset Guide and mentor junior engineers on Python best practices Continuously improve code quality, testing, performance, and deployment processes Professional & Technical Skills Must-Have (Core Hiring Skills): Strong hands-on experience in Python development Experience building and supporting production-grade Python applications Good understanding of data structures, OOP, and Python performance Practical experience with Pandas, NumPy, and data manipulation Working knowledge of SQL and databases Familiarity with backend frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django Sound understanding of software engineering best practices (Git, testing, CI/CD) Good-to-Have / Learn-on-the-Job: Exposure to data analytics or analytical problem-solving Basic understanding of machine learning concepts Awareness of AI, ML, or Generative AI fundamentals (training will be provided) Experience working on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Familiarity with Docker, APIs, and deployment pipelines Additional Information At least 3 to 4 years of hands-on Python experience Background in Python backend, analytics, or full-stack development A strong interest in learning and growing into AI, ML, and Generative AI modeling 15 years of full-time education required, 15 years full time education
