Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Working within an agile environment, the engineer balances creativity and technical expertise to address complex business challenges with a cloud-first approach, contributing to the overall success of the project and organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and proposing effective solutions.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.
• Understanding of database design and management, including both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
