Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Must have skills : Java Standard Edition

Good to have skills : Microsoft Azure Architecture, Spring Boot, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture

Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves taking ownership of the complete development lifecycle of system features, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to backend services. The role requires actively engaging in designing, coding, and refining solutions that enhance client service delivery. The work environment encourages adopting innovative technologies and methodologies, fostering a cloud-first and agile approach to address complex business challenges. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous improvement of system components are integral parts of daily activities, contributing to the overall success of the projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that improve team productivity and product quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, Microsoft Azure Architecture, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend services.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment models.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
