Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. The role requires engaging with various stages of the development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. The work environment encourages an agile approach and a cloud-first mindset to address complex business challenges effectively and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
• Assist in the documentation and maintenance of system features and updates.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
• Strong understanding of full stack development principles including front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and agile development methodologies.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
• Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
• This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
