Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

As a Full Stack Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. You engage in creating seamless and efficient solutions that enhance client services, applying innovative approaches and modern technologies. Your work is driven by a cloud-first philosophy and agile methodologies, enabling you to address complex business challenges effectively while collaborating with diverse teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of front-end and back-end components.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems to enhance performance and user experience.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on development best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.
• Understanding of agile development processes and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the full stack.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
